75% of the registration fee will be refunded

No fees will be refunded.

Invoice(for international participants)
If you need the invoice to make your payment, please send your request to us by E-mail. The registration number and your name should be included in the content.
Receipt (for international participants)
The receipt could be downloaded from your"Personal Center”after completing your reaistration payment. If you would like to add other information to the document, please contactusvia email(ling@hxzmeeting.com ).
.Chinese invoice(for Chinese participants ONLY)
If you need Chinese Fapiao, please fill in the title and tax number when you make your registration. 2024 ICMCF could supply electronic Fapiao in the type of Conference Fee(会议费)with 6% tax.
3、Privacy Declaration
The Privacy Policy applies to all information that 2024 ICMCF collects when you register for participation. The collected information is used for the Summit organisation ONLY.
